Box Tops are an easy way to help our school earn money. While some products still have the traditional “clip n cut” coupon, they are being phased out and converted to scanned receipts. You can download the Box Tops app from the Google Play or App Store. Make sure to designate Kansasville as your school. Once the app is installed, all you need to do is scan your entire receipt, and the earnings will be automatically credited to the school’s account. As of March 30, 2020, they are accepting digital receipts as well from retailers such as CVS, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target, and Woodman’s to name a few. Make sure you have a Box Tops for Education account and forward the emailed receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com. A complete list of stores can be found on their website.
Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
The mission of the Kansasville PTO is to provide support for the educational needs of the students at Kansasville Grade School. We do this through fundraising, sponsoring events, providing transportation, purchasing educational items, and supporting the Bee Your Best program.
Monthly PTO Meeting
The Kansasville PTO meets monthly, normally on the first Monday of the month.
Meetings start at 3:30 p.m.

PTO Events
Pancake Breakfast
The Pancake Breakfast, the PTO’s largest fundraising event of the year, is held the second Sunday of March. This event includes a breakfast as well as an auction. The breakfast begins at 8:30 a.m. and includes pancakes, eggs, and sausages. The live auction begins at noon. There are also raffles and a silent auction event. There is a special Kid's Zone with fun activities for the children who attend the event.
